I love that you thought of talking sticks! I think they are wonderful and unique for this task. I wish most of us would use them more often in conversation, or at least listen more truly.
Eric, I'm familiar with the concept of talking sticks, but didn't consider it in the context of this challenge; it's brilliant, as are your lovely pieces here. They seem to carry mysterious messages of their own, beyond what their holder might say.
