i think fish blurb, to be sure, so that has got to be fish talk! n♥
Ofcourse they talk. It's called lip reading. I had the privilege to talk to them and they move their body the way you made your fish-work. Exactly the same. There was a bowl betweem us but that didn't matter. They are happy with you, you speak their language!
Well and everyone thinks fish are totally silent instead there are a log of babbling going around which is an explenation for all the air bubbles under water!
