art challenge 198 - tide

This week's ac has a wonderful theme:"tide", anyway for me.
I've made some pieces, not sure if they're all finished...

Below some links to previous blogposts about tide.

high tide, low tide, time and tide, waterlines, time and tide wait for no man

To see more "tides", please visit Ariane's  site here

Oh such a treat to pop in and visit you Eric! I absolutely love "time and tide wait for no man". Fantastic collage work. I also love the first piece here. That gentle arrow showing the incoming tide. :D

You have a way with blue like not many others.
Love the theme as well.

Dear Eric,
following your many links of tide, I feel like tide myself, rolling back to the land and forth to your ocean of refreshing art, sand-yellow sometimes and often blue... it's great!
Thank you for your high level of tide, thanks for sharing!

Perfect theme for you, that's obvious. All of your tide works are beautiful and interesting. My favourite are the first ones here in this post. I think it's the colours and the rhythm, that gets me. :-)

Thank you for your comment!
I see an "Abstract" representation of Tide in the horizontal lines in in your painting! No matter if that was your intention. I think what matters is viewer reaction. and into my brain i see a tide!! :)
