To get an image of a reef as if you are floating over it (imagine...),
I digitally altered images of earlier work.
To see more reefs please visit the site of Katrin here
She's the host for the 185th dc this week.
Below an image of a piece of red coral.

yes, i can see your reefs from the sky
they are interesting and wonderful
Love it Eric! Those first images really do look like a reef and I scuba dive so know these things...lol.
First I was flying, dear Eric,
then floating.
Wonderful!
Thank you for the imagination through your reef.
Best, Ariane

Yes, that's exactly what I found when I googled 'reef' and found helicopter-shots. :-) Great analogy and beautiful coral!
I always love visiting your blog. These reefs are fantastic. Happy New Year -- albeit a little late ;)

You tricked me! I thought it was a map and then looked closer to see the reef.
Now I want to fly.

I like the rhythmic quality of the lines and shapes in these; they have a watery feeling like ocean waves, but also appear structural, like the coral reefs. Well done!
