That brilliant Eric, because this Sunday I'm off for spring break to Mexico! Oh yes! Flocks of birds,(pelicans and frigate birds), sand, canoe, oh yes. Oh, and postcards. Love your postcard. Why can't I find brilliant postcards like these. You should make some. I'd buy them in a heartbeat. I keep thinking of making some thru Moo Cards. :D
Your pieces here (collage) speak to me of softly worn cotton hand made and hand quilted coverlets made long ago and appreciated as artworks now after having served their purpose of keeping warmth to a soul and body. Lovely post Eric! N, x
Eric, I wanted to tell you last post how much amazing you canoes are but the computer was being bad. So I'll tell you now.... they are amazing, pure bliss! Veronica is right! Your postcard would make a great postcard!
that mexican yellow hits home! and the rustling sand does that too... this is a weekend of yellows, not usually my colour whatsoever. on the flickr links, thank you for pointing this out to me. i realized they didn't work, (because i changed orthographs after picking up the link)... but i was yellowy lazy to put it right... ;))) n♥
even before coming to your site, I was hoping for yellow, for water and for boats. and for different textures. and there, I will find this beautiful collection. thank you!
A flock of birds in motion is magical to me, and you have caught it perfectly. Also love your collages, especially the canoes and the postcard - great work!

What great works! YOU have been busy.
Prachtig Eric. De kleuren, die vogels. Ik zie ze hier in grote groepen terug komen. Ja, dat is echt het begin van het voorjaar. Prachtig!
